Morana + Raven jewelry is handmade in small quantities and, in many cases, one piece at a time.
Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in bead placement, color, shape, size, pattern, pearls, stones, or other materials may occur. These subtle differences are part of the character and beauty of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to photograph and describe our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

3. Product Availability
Many Morana + Raven pieces are handmade in limited quantities. As a result, availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify designs, or remove products from the website at any time.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for an item will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, except in the case of an obvious pricing or website error.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, promotions, shipping charges, or other errors and, when necessary, cancel an affected order and issue a refund.

6. Handmade & Custom Orders
Custom and personalized pieces are created especially for the customer and may require additional processing time.
Once work has begun on a custom or personalized order, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Custom and personalized orders are final sale except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Any estimated completion date provided for a custom piece is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Because earrings are handmade and are personal-wear items, they are final sale except in cases where they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
